Enterasys IF-MAP Leveraging Infoblox’s MAP Server to Deliver End System Control

Enterasys IF-MAP integration with Infoblox increases the visibility, automation and control that enable organizations to secure and automatically provision converged networks containing a an array of end systems and applications.

This prototype solution uses IF-MAP to integrate the Enterasys Network Management Suite (NMS) with the Infoblox IF-MAP Server. This integration allows Enterasys infrastructure and security products to share information with physical access control systems, firewalls and the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). This sharing of information improves the security, manageability and performance of networked resources, end systems and applications.
