Trusted Platform Module (TPM) Certification

Demonstrate that your TPM product meets compliance and security evaluation requirements developed with TCG membership.

Demonstrate that your TPM meets TCG requirements for functional compliance and security through a clear certification process.

Become a TCG member

Certification is exclusive to TCG members, so membership is where every certification begins. Join TCG to unlock the program, compliance tools and technical resources.

Prepare your TPM

Review the current TPM Library Specification and the PC Client Platform TPM Profile, and confirm your implementation is complete before testing begins.

[ 03 ]

Complete compliance testing

Run the TCG-developed automated PC Client TPM Compliance Test Suite as a self-test, following the test plan documented by TCG.

[ 04 ]

Complete security evaluation

Obtain Common Criteria certification at EAL4+ Moderate, in accordance with the PC Client TPM Protection Profile published by TCG.

[ 05 ]

Submit and get certified

The TCG Certification Program Manager verifies your test suite results. Once both evaluations pass, your product joins the Certified Products List.
